We will do as much as we can to make your visit as smooth as possible and ensure you have a good experience but we know that coming into hospital can be a stressful or frightening experience. We aim to provide the highest standard of care to every patient, every time, and to ensure that you feel well cared for and safe.
We believe that the best way of improving your experience with us is by actively listening, understanding and responding to the people who use our services. There are a number of ways that you can provide us with feedback including:
- talk to the member of staff in charge of your care
- contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service
- take our Patient Experience Survey with iWantGreatCare
- review our services on NHS Choices, Patient Opinion

Have you received great care?
Our You Made a Difference Award is a monthly award that recognises a member of staff who has gone above and beyond what is ordinarily expected of them to deliver great care for our patients.
