Very high temperatures are expected this week, so we’re asking everyone to take a little extra care if you’re visiting one of our hospitals.

Our teams are working hard to keep services running safely.

Please take a few simple steps to stay safe and comfortable:

Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated
Keep cool by wearing light, loose clothing
Plan ahead and allow extra time for your journey if needed

After the success last time, we're holding another 'Run with your Doctor' event, this time at Barking Park!

Join us at Barking Park on Saturday 16 September at 3pm and take the first steps in your road to fitness. We're holding a 30-minute walk, jog, or run with some of our doctors - you can do it at your own pace!
