Our Trust has been shortlisted for the ‘Best International Recruitment Experience’ award in the Nursing Times Workforce Awards.

The shortlist for this prestigious category recognises the use of innovative advertising, marketing campaigns and events to recruit nurses. The judges shortlisted trusts on the speed of the recruitment process, communication with candidates along the way, plus the onboarding/induction process.

Our nurse recruitment team is one of only eight teams who have been shortlisted nationally for this category.
