Our nurse Josie Larkin finally got her wish to deliver a baby when she came to the rescue of a couple in the car park at Queen’s Hospital, at 4.45am on Sunday (August 11) morning!

Due to essential works the blood testing service at Queen’s Hospital will be closed during 7am and 9am on Tuesday 20 August.

A bake sale held at Queen’s Hospital on Friday 26 July raised over £400 – all of which will be spent on treating children with sickle cell disease and thalassaemia to some fun activities.
