From Monday 8 June, we are moving our antenatal service from the 1^st floor of King George Hospital to the ground floor.

Ed Bettany, who leads our Gastro team at King George Hospital, is one of our long-serving consultants – joining our Trust in 1999, having already done a year as a senior registrar in 1996.

We’ve witnessed incredible transformation take place across our hospitals as we deal with Covid-19. Thanks to the brilliant and fast-paced work of our staff we’ve achieved some remarkable things. 

Our trailblazing Senior Intern scheme is the subject of an exciting new BBC documentary series – ‘Saving our Nurses’. The first episode will be shown on BBC One at 10am on Monday 8 June, with the series examining the success of our initiative to support newly qualified nurses.
