We’re proud to share our latest updates on the difference The PRIDE Way for Leaders – our training course developed as part of our work with the Virginia Mason Institute (VMI) – has made to our patients and staff. 

We know that it’s our staff who understand what matters to our patients, where the problems are, and how we can resolve these issues. So we developed our own course that teaches our staff the tools and techniques to lead those improvements in their areas, using lean methodology – it’s all about removing the ‘waste’, those things that do not add value to our patients.
