*Please note - If a request is made for information and the total figure amounts to five people or fewer, the Trust must consider whether this could lead to the identification of individuals and whether disclosure of this information would be in breach of our statutory obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA). We believe that the release of this information would risk identification of the individuals concerned. We are therefore not obliged, under section 40(2) of the FOIA, to provide this information. The terms of this exemption in the FOIA mean that we do not have to consider whether or not it would be in the public interest for you to have the information. We have also broken down the ages into age range to avoid person identification.
