Our patients are at the heart of everything that we do, and delivering first-class care is our main priority.

We are going to build on existing good practice to design our services around our patients’ needs, to ensure we provide an exceptional standard of care and experience to all our patients.

Our operational plan 2017-2019 clearly identifies one of its work streams as working in partnership. However to do this we will need to further develop our community links and improve engagement so that all our potential patients, carers and existing patients, including those who are vulnerable, are seen as equal partners.
