Managing your appointments just got easier
You can now request to cancel or change your appointment quickly and easily by text or through the NHS App.
We’ve introduced this to make managing your appointments simpler and more convenient, whenever it suits you.
If you can no longer attend your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.
Cancel or reschedule by text
Simply reply to your appointment text message with:
- CANCEL - to cancel your appointment
- CHANGE – to request a new appointment date/time
Cancel or reschedule using the NHS App
- Log in to the NHS App
- Select the appointments tab
- Choose the appointment you want to change
- Select change appointment or cancel appointment
- Confirm your choice
