We’re thrilled to announce  we’ve been awarded gold for our commitment to being an inclusive workplace in our recent Talent inclusion and diversity evaluation (TIDE) results.

Having been awarded bronze in 2023 and silver in 2024, achieving gold status with a score of 93% is a milestone for our Trust.

TIDE is conducted by the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion, and we were audited on our improvements to workforce inclusion.

This included diversity data monitoring, training and employee engagement.

Our Head of Equality Diversity and Inclusion Sara Najjuma said:
