We’re committed to paying the Living Wage

The London Living Wage is set to rise to £11.05 an hour. We're pleased to advise we are committed to paying everyone who works at our Trust this increased hourly rate; more details will be shared with staff in due course. We have paid the London Living Wage since its introduction.

Chief Executive Matthew Trainer said: “The London Living Wage rate ensures our staff earn a salary which reflects the real-world cost of living. We value everyone who works here, including our contractors, and we recognise their dedication to our patients and each other during the pandemic.

“We’re looking forward to further showing our appreciation for our staff with our winter wellbeing offer, details of which will be announced soon. This is in addition to a host of improvements we have been making, such as refurbished staff rooms, a bigger discount at our restaurants and extended opening times to better cater for night shifts.”
