We’re delighted Janine La Rosa is joining us next month as our new Chief People Officer. Janine is the Strategic Head of Equality and Inclusion for the NHS in London. Among other things, she provides leadership and expertise for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) activity across the capital. Janine has led culture transformation programmes in large and complex organisations. Before working in the NHS, Janine was the Diversity Lead for Sky where she was responsible for ensuring the broadcast company represented the UK. 

Commenting on her new role, Janine said: “I am delighted to be joining the Trust and I will spend time understanding what people are most proud of. 

“I will work to ensure we get the basics right for everyone, every time. Together, we will create a positive culture and a place where we can all do our best work.”

Welcoming Janine to our senior leadership team, Chief Executive Matthew Trainer said: “It will be brilliant to have someone of Janine’s calibre on our Board. She has a fantastic range of skills and considerable experience, from the public and the private sector, of delivering improvements to the culture of an organisation”.
