Patients can now view their outpatient appointments in the NHS App, making it easier to access appointment information in one place.

Powered by DrDoctor, this new feature means you can check your appointment details at the tap of a button – anytime, anywhere – using your smartphone or tablet.

• If you’ve previously used Patients Know Best (PKB) to view your appointments, this service is now moving to the NHS App.
• If you already use the NHS App, there’s nothing you need to do

If you use PKB, you’ll just need to download the NHS App to continue viewing your appointments

How will I receive my appointment details?

We’re making sure you don’t miss anything:

• You’ll get notifications via NHS App 
• If the appointment notification isn’t opened, we’ll send you a text message
• You’ll also continue to receive letters in the post
