Member of our Ultrasound team deliver toys to our Children's Emergency Department

Our Ultrasound team got into the festive spirit by wearing Christmas scrubs and making a donation to buy toys for children being treated in our Children’s Emergency Department at King George Hospital.

Each member of the team made a donation which totted up to over £250 and was used to buy toys, including arts and craft supplies which help distract children when being treated in our hospital.

Senaz Hosseny, from our Ultrasound team, said: “Staff in our Children’s Emergency Department were overjoyed that we though of donating to their department.

“After we delivered the toys we left feeling very joyous to have brought a bit of Christmas joy to the children.”
