A new Chief Executive for Queen’s and King George Hospitals

We are pleased to announce that Matthew Trainer has been appointed as our substantive Chief Executive. For the past three years, he has been CEO of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, which provides a wide range of health and social care in south east London and parts of Kent. Before that he worked for King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where he was managing director of the Princess Royal University Hospital in Bromley. Matthew has also worked for NHS England, the Care Quality Commission and the MS Society. He will join our Trust in August.
