Not one, not two, but three of our longest serving nurses have been awarded silver in the Chief Nursing Officer Awards, which recognise outstanding contribution.

Congratulations to Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Queen’s Hospital, who have been awarded silver in our ward accreditation programme.

We welcomed BBC London’s health correspondent Karl Mercer back to Queen’s Hospital on Thursday 18 July to see how our staff are dealing with increasing pressure, and our work to reduce our waiting lists.

Patients are strongly advised to use public transport to get to Queen’s Hospital while essential improvement works are carried out on our multi-storey car park.

We’re pleased to report almost all our systems are back up and running.
