Our electronic patient record (EPR) goes live in 3 days

We are expecting delays while we move over to our new electronic patient record (EPR).

Remember that if it's not a serious or life threatening illness or injury, call 111 or go to 111 online, visit your GP or your local pharmacy for advice.

Further update following global IT issues

Update: 19 July 2024 17.00

We’re pleased to report almost all our systems are back up and running.

Our teams are continuing to work hard to resolve any outstanding issues.

The global IT outage has affected some of our systems and as a result, it is impacting on some of our clinical services.  

If you have an outpatient appointment, please come in as usual. If there is any change to your appointment, we will contact you directly.  

We’re working hard to get our systems back up and running and will post further updates as we progress.
