Referrals for Giant Cell Arteritis
Suspected Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA) requires urgent same-day review.
At BHRUT, patients with suspected GCA should be referred to Ambulatory Care via the GCA pathway. Referrals should not be sent to Rheumatology through the e-RS Advice and Refer service.
