Further to our previous communication, thank you for your helpful feedback. We are pleased to confirm that the Paediatric Dermatology A&G portal will remain open for referrals. 

To ensure the service continues to work effectively for our patients, GP and Consultant colleagues, we would like to remind you of the A&G referral criteria and supporting information. 

• Paediatric Dermatology A&G referral criteria: Available for patients under 5 years only. Referrals for patients aged 5 years and over should be directed to the DMC single point of access. 
• Supporting information: Please include clear photographs with all referrals. This enables the team to provide more accurate and timely guidance and ensures that only the most appropriate cases are converted to hospital appointments. 

Please note that the standard referral portal also remains available to all GP colleagues.
