Today sees the launch of our first ‘Let’s Talk Improvement’ month.
Together with input from our patients, partners and stakeholders, staff have been working hard to continually better our care. So we’ve dedicated April to talking about the improvements we’ve made across our hospitals.
We want you to get involved too, and share the improvements you’ve noticed in our hospitals. You can email our Service Improvement team or if you prefer, tweet us @bhr_hospitals. It’s incredibly uplifting for our staff to hear how they’re making a difference to you, your family and friends.
We’ll also be hosting our weekly improvement stalls at both Queen’s and King George hospitals in the main atria, so if you haven’t visited yet, take the time to pop by, meet the team and share your thoughts. Stands are being held on the following dates:
