If you are travelling by public transport, the  number 62 bus stops outside the hospital.

The closest  train station is  Barking, then catch the number 62 bus to Upney Lane.
The nearest underground station to Barking Hospital is  Upney. On leaving the station turn left into Upney Lane, Barking Hospital is located on the left.

If you are travelling  by car from the A406, take the exit for Barking (last exit before A13) and follow London Road through the town centre to Longbridge Road. At Faircross Parade shops turn right at the traffic lights into Upney Lane - the hospital is 3/4 mile down on the right.
