You may wish to compliment the staff or have a suggestion which you feel will enable us to provide a better service, compliments and suggestions are always welcome and encourage staff.

However, sometimes things do not happen as planned and give cause for dissatisfaction. Should this happen, you have the right to complain.

All complaints are taken seriously and will be dealt with quickly and sympathetically. There is usually a six-month time limit for making a complaint so please contact us as soon as possible so we can deal with the problem.
